The collection kit which is used to supply the ashes or hair to our studio will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed. This kit includes a prepaid return service.

Once your Inclusions arrive in our Studio, I aim to create and dispatch your order within 21 days. The completed order will be dispatched using EVRI Tracked service which usually takes around 2-4 days for delivery.

International Delivery - Please note that I only deliver Jewellery made with Ashes to the UK.

Once you’ve placed your order, I will send you a Collection Kit via Royal Mail. Inside, you will find a step by step instruction letter and everything needed to safely package and return your inclusions to me. The kit is designed to make sending your precious content as simple, safe and stress-free as possible.

Once you have your kit, place your inclusions securely inside then, simply use our free return service to send the pack back to me. If there are any inclusions left over after I’ve completed your jewellery, I will always return them to you along with your finished piece. Any that has already been mixed with resin will be made into a little keepsake.

If you’d like to combine ashes from more than one person into a single piece, simply place both ashes into the same pot. If you’d prefer to keep them separate, just let us know after ordering, and we’ll provide additional pots.

We know how important this journey is, which is why we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Your comfort and peace of mind are at the heart of everything we do, and we want this experience to feel as smooth and reassuring as possible.

To help me return your product to you in a timely manor, I kindly ask that the Ashes Collection Pack is returned within seven days of receiving it. However, I completely understand that sometimes this may not be possible. If you need more time, we offer a flexible extension of up to six weeks, just use the contact me form to let me know. If you have any questions or concerns about returning the ashes, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I'm always here to help in any way I can.

Due to the personalised nature of our memorial jewellery, which is individually handcrafted using your loved one's ashes, hair, pet fur, or other personal inclusions, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. I will assess the problem and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or exchange.
